The work I am best at. It is also where practices are most exposed.

Dental practices operate under strict guidelines from AHPRA, the Australian Privacy Act, the OAIC and the ADA. In my experience most practices sit at a medium to high risk level without knowing it. The most common breach is a public one: their own advertising.

I review where a practice is exposed, then help fix it before it becomes a complaint. Where a complaint has already been made, I have worked with practices to respond to it and resolve it.

Practice Accreditation, QIP

Getting accredited without it consuming the practice.

Accreditation is far easier when the policies were written to be used rather than written to pass an audit. I work through the requirements with you and get the documentation into a state your team can actually follow day to day.

Practice Consulting and Management

The business side of the practice, handled properly.

The administrative and financial side of running a practice. HR, software, office efficiency, the patient experience, staff retention, policies and procedures, KPIs and the meetings that actually change something.

It also covers forensic analysis of practice management systems, for when you need to understand exactly what has been happening inside the software.

Advertising and Social Media Compliance

A second set of eyes before it goes public.

I do not run your advertising. What I do is check that what you are about to publish meets AHPRA guidelines and the rules of the other governing bodies, because this is where practices most often breach in public without realising it.

Clinical Workflow

Making the clinical space work the way the day works.

Assessing and improving how your clinical areas actually flow. Drawer layouts, the steri and stock room, plus getting all of it to sit properly alongside the stock management system you already use.

Temporary Reception Cover

Experienced dental reception, onsite or remote.

Cover for reception when you are short, from someone who has done the job rather than someone who needs training on your software first. Onsite or remote, with data entry and clerical support available.
